SALON POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, by calling our salon direct. Please note that cancellations can not be made via text message.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:
-Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
-Any cancellation that is made within 12 hours of your appointment or a no show will result in a 100% charge of the reserved services.
-A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
-Please contact us direct to provide your credit card information.
Child Safety Policy
We have a no children's policy unless they have a scheduled appointment.
